Origins is a skincare brand that emphasizes holistic care for skin by using the power of plants and science.
The client approached us with a Request for Proposal for their campaign, "Origins and National Geographic's Never Stop Discovering." We designed and presented a series of gifts-with-purchase vessels inspired by the collective dedication to the well-being of our planet and the refined, globally sourced ingredients of the Origins product set.

Through our investment in research and sourcing sustainable materials, we can inform practical design choices for our clients. Below are sustainable materials we presented to the Origins team.
After a few rounds of development, the client landed on a trapezoidal pouch made from rPET, a fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. Using rPET contributes to a circular supply chain and focuses on reducing plastic waste. The client wanted to collaborate with a Bangalore, India-based botanical illustrator, Nirupa Rao, for the artwork. To maintain her pattern's details and color vibrancy, our team advised using the dye sublimation printing process on the fabric.
